Get the supported/allowed mechanism for this principal.

Parameters:

	context	A Keberos context.
	realm	The realm of the KDC.
	ccache	The credential cache to use when talking to the KDC.
	flags	The supported mechanism.

Returns:

Return an error code or 0.
